Where do you ship to? 

We are shipping to the following countries only at this time and are working to expand globally soon:

Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, Canada, United States, United Kingdom.

 

How long does shipping take?

All orders take between 5-7 business days for processing before being dispatched.

Due to the pandemic, please understand that the global shipping time is longer and the global shipping rate is higher than usual with the delivery service providers. We have looked at all our best options and are not earning any profit with shipping; meaning the rates you see are the best rates offered by couriers as of now for small businesses. We are working hard to adjust the rates accordingly when the global logistics improve.
